We are honest and open, the best way to be. So here are the must know course booking bits for your piece of mind.
Cancellations & refunds
- We do not offer refunds on our courses, workshops or annual memberships. All booking are final.
- If you are unable to attend your booking you will be issued a credit note to used inside 12 months. 14 days notice required.
Transfers & substitutions
- Transfers are offered for medical reasons only. 48 hrs notice required.
- Only 1 transfer allowed. Credit notes not offered on transferred courses.
- You may substitute for another person if needed. 24 hrs notice required.
Non attendance
- No refunds or transfers offered for non attendance.
- Reminders will be sent in advance.
