Cancellations & refunds
  • We do not offer refunds on our courses, workshops or annual memberships. All booking are final.
  • If you are unable to attend your booking you will be issued a credit note to used inside 12 months. 14 days notice required.
Transfers & substitutions
  • Transfers are offered for medical reasons only. 48 hrs notice required.
  • Only 1 transfer allowed. Credit notes not offered on transferred courses.
  • You may substitute for another person if needed. 24 hrs notice required.
Non attendance
  • No refunds or transfers offered for non attendance.
  • Reminders will be sent in advance.
