You learn the tools to craft your digital strategy, how to get it implemented and get stuff done!

The course runs over 6 weeks during which time you will gain the skills to produce a concise digital marketing plan for your business. You will learn the theory but then get your hands dirty by applying your learning to practical tasks. You will be given access to your digital strategy plan template in week 1 and the practical tasks will allow you to build your plan as you go.
The first 2 weeks is about diving into your business and current digital activity (don’t worry if you are just starting out we have you covered too). We work defining your humans and how to get your business to stand out by creating your offer. We intro you to a couple of powerful yet easy to use tools and approaches to complete the practical tasks and start to bring your digital marketing plan to life.
This is where we work on your digital marketing focus. We look at what digital options are available to your business and help you choose the best areas to focus on. We dive in the main digital channels, how they work and how to use them to target your humans. We keep the examples and tasks real world and relevant to small businesses. You will start to plan how you will use digital marketing to acheive your business objectives.
Complete your digital marketing plan. Woop Woop! You will add the most important element – how you will get stuff done. We walk through how to break your plan down into “briefs” for internal teams, freelancers or digital agencies. You will to set budgets and targets and understand where to find the information in Google Analytics to know how everything is working. The best bit, you walk away with a digital marketing strategy that is ready to be implemented. Pure gold.
You are not alone! Far from it. You learn at the same time as the other people on the course. You are supported by your mentors and course instructor (Martin) through weekly webinars and Facebook groups with live chats. You will also be connected with the other learners to create a dynamic and interactive learning community. It really does rock!
