Relearn Digital Course Booking Terms & Conditions

Intro

The following terms and conditions apply to any person registering for a Relearn Digital online course, in-person course, workshop and memberships. All notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be sent via email to hello@relearndigital.com.au.  [We love a good DM or IG comment but emails only for this stuff…Sweet!]

Cancellations & refunds

Online Courses & On-Demand Courses – Due to the digital nature of our online courses & On-Demand courses we don’t offer refunds.

Transfers

Transfers are available for medical reasons only [look we know it sounds harsh but we can not run a business selling digital marketing courses and workshop if everyone if pulling out last minute with a headache, so we will need to be seeing that medical certificate, soz] and notice must be given at least 48 business hours before the start time of the course.

Relearn Digital cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances. Only one transfer is allowed, and it must be used within 6 months of the original course date. A credit option is not offered on an already transferred course.

Substitutions

You may substitute another person in your place if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course.  If you’re substituting, you’re in charge of organising that, and all parties will be required to e-mail us at hello@relearndigital.com.au so that we are prepped in advance.

Non attendence

If you fail to attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date. Email reminders are sent at 20 days out, 10 days out, and every day from 4 days out to your nominated email address We cannot guarantee their delivery – it is your responsibility to remember the course dates you have registered for. In addition, we will send SMS reminders at 16, 10 & 1 day out.

Let's be honest

If every person who dropped out of a workshop or course with less than x2 hours notice received a full refund [like they so often request], and we subsequently honoured that? We would not have a business.

We provide and facilitate custom-curated digital marketing courses for small businesses, and we want you to learn from the best, so whilst the above sounds strict, it’s only because we are a small business, and we want it to keep on keeping on for as long as possible so that we keep teaching great digital marketing.

 So this is why we’re super strict with dropouts, and refunds, and all of the admin stuff above that takes up a great deal of our time. It’s best to be honest and thanks for understanding.
