The following terms and conditions apply to any person registering for a Relearn Digital online course, in-person course, workshop and memberships. All notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be sent via email to [email protected] [We love a good DM or IG comment but emails only for this stuff…Sweet!]
Workshops – If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you are able to receive a credit note for the full amount paid if you give us at least 14 days notice before the date of your booked workshop. All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Credits issued will be valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any in-person workshop or online course.
Online Courses & Annual memberships – Due to the digital nature of our online courses & annual membership programs we don’t offer refunds.
In-person courses – If you are unable to attend your booked in-person workshops, you are able to receive a credit note for the full amount paid if you give us at least 28 days notice before the date of your booked workshop. All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Credits issued will be valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any in-person workshop or online course.
Transfers are available for medical reasons only [look we know it sounds harsh but we can not run a business selling digital marketing courses and workshop if everyone if pulling out last minute with a headache, so we will need to be seeing that medical certificate, soz] and notice must be given at least 48 business hours before the start time of the course.
Relearn Digital cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances. Only one transfer is allowed, and it must be used within 3 months of the original course date. A credit option is not offered on an already transferred course.
You may substitute another person in your place if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course/workshop If you’re substituting, you’re in charge of organising that, and all parties will be required to e-mail us at [email protected] so that we are prepped in advance.
If you fail to attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date. We will attempt to send you a 72-hour & 24-hour course reminder to your nominated email address, but cannot guarantee its delivery – it is your responsibility to remember the course dates you have registered for.
If every person who dropped out of a workshop or course with less than x2 hours notice received a full refund [like they so often request], and we subsequently honoured that? We would not have a business.
We provide and facilitate custom-curated digital marketing courses for small businesses, and we want you to learn from the best, so whilst the above sounds strict, it’s only because we are a small business, and we want it to keep on keeping on for as long as possible so that we keep teaching great digital marketing.
So this is why we’re super strict with dropouts, and refunds, and all of the admin stuff above that takes up a great deal of our time. It’s best to be honest and thanks for understanding.
